Bee Pollen Benefits to Energy
Bee pollen has many nutritional and health benefits, and is considered one of the super foods of today. It will give you lasting energy throughout the day; unlike those so-called ‘energy’ drinks that are laden with caffeine and sugar, and make you crash an hour after you have one. Most people would agree that having a balanced amount of energy throughout the day is a much better strategy.
There are two ways to take these; as a supplement that you ingest just as you would regular vitamins; or as granules that you can sprinkle on your food. They are excellent in salads, smoothies, cereal, yogurt and even soup.
