Shopping Help:

 

  • Finding products - when you first visit our website you will see our main products listed in the navigation bar to the left of each page. Once you start to shop you will see product categories listed on the left side of the page. Visit product information pages and make the selections you require, or use the SEARCH link at the top of each page

  • Product Search - when you click on a product category, all the products in that category will be listed. To view product details, click the product title link:

  • Adding Products to your shopping cart - You can select the quantity of product that you would like to order and click the ADD TO CART button. You can move through our store adding products and a list of what you are adding to your cart will be displayed in the left side navigation bar.

  • Understanding Discounts - Most products are available with VOLUME DISCOUNTS. You can view the volume discounts on the product page -

You will see the VOLUME DISCOUNTS summarized when you click VIEW CART and you can change the quantity at anytime before completing your order,
 

 

  • Checkout - When you click the CHECKOUT button you will be asked if you are a NEW CUSTOMER (1) or a RETURNING CUSTOMER (2).

If you haven't shopped with us before - click the 'New Customer' link and enter your billing/shipping information.

If you have an account with us, please enter your email address and password and retrieve your account. (3)

  • Invoice / Receipt Page - this is the page you will see after you login or complete your new profile. You will see a summary of your order, have options for shipping and see an indication of any VOLUME DISCOUNTS or other promotions. Once you've selected the desired shipping method, simply select the CONFIRM ORDER button and complete the checkout process.

  • Shipping - we provide low cost shipping via USPS or UPS. You can select between Regular, Priority and Express shipping methods and the price for each is clearly displayed on your order page. Please remember that we are not able to ship all orders on the day that they are placed, some orders take longer to pack and ship. back to index

 

  • Auto-Ship Program - Certain items can be shipped to you automatically each month. The process is easy - place auto-ship items in your cart like any other items and proceed to checkout. You can add non auto-ship and auto-ship items in the same order and only the Auto-Ship items will be shipped to you each month. After 30 days we will automatically re-bill your credit card and ship your product. There are no commitments and you can cancel Auto-Ship products at any time, either online through your customer service link, or toll-free at 877 750 0300.   • Frequent Shopper Program - Collect points for every dollar that you spend. 

    Our 'Frequent Shopper' rewards program provides repeat customers with an ongoing loyalty bonus for shopping at The Natural Shopper. 

    Each time you shop with us you will receive 5 Frequent Shopper points for every dollar that you spend.

    Your invoice history is retained within your online account, as soon as you have collected enough points you may request entry into one of 3 discount areas on our web site. 

Platinum - 3500 or more pts   Gold - 1500 pts or more   Silver - 1000 pts or more

Just notify us via email when your cumulative total reaches the Silver, Gold or Platinum points level, and we will email you a special code that will apply a 10%, 15% and 20% discount on your next and all subsequent orders.

Remember that this is cumulative, you receive points on all your purchases and the more points you collect the higher your rewards.

Frequent shopper points are not redeemable for any item and have zero cash value

Q - I have an account but can't remember my password, what to do?

A - Close this window and visit our Customer Service page. On that page you click the 'Lost Password' link and request your password to be sent to your email address. If you are ready to do that now, click here

Q - I have frequent shopper points, how do I redeem them?

A - You can learn how to do that here.

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - We ship most orders the next business day, but some do take longer to pack/ship and occasionally we have some items coming through production. Depending on the shipping method you choose it will take between 2 and 7 days in transit for a USA destination.

Q - Is it safe to shop here?

A - Yes, our website using a shopping cart developed by an eBay owned company and provides the highest level of security available.
