• Product Search - when you click on a product category, all the products in that category will be listed. To view product details, click the product title link:

• Adding Products to your shopping cart - You can select the quantity of product that you would like to order and click the ADD TO CART button. You can move through our store adding products and a list of what you are adding to your cart will be displayed in the left side navigation bar.

• Understanding Discounts - Most products are available with VOLUME DISCOUNTS. You can view the volume discounts on the product page -

• Checkout - When you click the CHECKOUT button you will be asked if you are a NEW CUSTOMER (1) or a RETURNING CUSTOMER (2).

If you haven't shopped with us before - click the 'New Customer' link and enter your billing/shipping information.

• Invoice / Receipt Page - this is the page you will see after you login or complete your new profile. You will see a summary of your order, have options for shipping and see an indication of any VOLUME DISCOUNTS or other promotions. Once you've selected the desired shipping method, simply select the CONFIRM ORDER button and complete the checkout process.

• Shipping - we provide low cost shipping via USPS or UPS. You can select between Regular, Priority and Express shipping methods and the price for each is clearly displayed on your order page. Please remember that we are not able to ship all orders on the day that they are placed, some orders take longer to pack and ship. back to index

• Auto-Ship Program - Certain items can be shipped to you automatically each month. The process is easy - place auto-ship items in your cart like any other items and proceed to checkout. You can add non auto-ship and auto-ship items in the same order and only the Auto-Ship items will be shipped to you each month. After 30 days we will automatically re-bill your credit card and ship your product. There are no commitments and you can cancel Auto-Ship products at any time, either online through your customer service link, or toll-free at 877 750 0300. Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - We ship most orders the next business day, but some do take longer to pack/ship and occasionally we have some items coming through production. Depending on the shipping method you choose it will take between 2 and 7 days in transit for a USA destination.
