  1. Questions about my order - To check the status of an existing order use the "Customer Service" link which is at the top of most pages. To login, use your email address and the password you selected when creating your account. Your order status will show either "ordered" or "shipped". If it is "shipped", your order is on its way to you via the shipping method you selected when you placed the order. If you think your order delivery is past-due, check with us and we will provide a tracking number for you.
  2. Questions about a product - we provide a wealth of information on our website. Please browse around and if you still have unanswered questions just call us on the number listed at the top of this page. Also, remember to download our eBook on beehive products, which can be found on our home page.
  3. Questions about your company - The Natural Shopper is a reputable company based in Green Lake Wisconsin. We've been in business for over 8 years formulating and offering the best beehive products on the market. Our business depends on the repeat orders which come only from complete customer satisfaction. To receive repeat orders our products MUST be effective. For them to be effective we must use the freshest and most potent ingredients available to us, and prepare them using the most stringent standards for quality and purity.

  5. Questions about shipping - we ship primarily using USPS and you have the option for standard, Priority and Express, when you place your order. On larger orders, typically of 12 bottles or more, we may opt to use UPS services. Always allow time for your order to arrive, depending on where you are it sometimes takes 5 business days or more for USPS to deliver.
  6. Questions about security and privacy - we cannot afford to damage our reputation with security issues, so we simply use the best security methods available on the Internet today. We use SSL technology and data encryption for all data that needs to be passed between you and us. Our shopping cart software is provided to us by a company that is owned by eBay, they have more money invested in Internet security techniques than any other company on the web today. Rest assured that dealing with us will be a completely private, safe and secure experience. And we never, repeat NEVER, sell our customer/contact lists, as many of our competitors do.

  • Finding products - when you first visit our website you will see our main products listed in the navigation bar to the left of each page. Visit product information pages and make the selections you require then simply "Add to Cart" to purchase.

  • Invoice / Receipt Page - this is the page you will see after you login or complete your new profile. You will see a summary of your order, have options for shipping and see an indication of any VOLUME DISCOUNTS or other promotions. Once you've selected the desired shipping method, simply select the CONFIRM ORDER button and complete the checkout process.

  • Shipping - we provide low cost shipping via USPS or UPS. You can select between Regular, Priority and Express shipping methods and the price for each is clearly displayed on your order page.   • Auto-Ship Program - Certain items can be shipped to you automatically each month. The process is easy - place auto-ship items in your cart like any other items and proceed to checkout. You can add non auto-ship and auto-ship items in the same order and only the Auto-Ship items will be shipped to you each month. After 30 days we will automatically re-bill your credit card and ship your product. There are no commitments and you can cancel Auto-Ship products at any time, either online through your customer service link, or toll-free at 877 750 0300.     Each time you shop with us you will receive 5 Frequent Shopper points for every dollar that you spend.

    Your invoice history is retained within your online account, as soon as you have collected enough points you may request entry into one of 3 discount areas on our web site. 

Platinum - 3500 or more pts   Gold - 1500 pts or more   Silver - 1000 pts or more

Just notify us via email when your cumulative total reaches the Silver, Gold or Platinum points level, and we will email you a special code that will apply a 10%, 15% and 20% discount on your next and all subsequent orders.

Remember that this is cumulative, you receive points on all your purchases and the more points you collect the higher your rewards.

Q - I have an account but can't remember my password, what to do?

A - Close this window and visit our Customer Service page. On that page you click the 'Lost Password' link and request your password to be sent to your email address.

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - We ship most orders the next business day, but some do take longer to pack/ship and occasionally we have some items coming through production. Depending on the shipping method you choose it will take between 2 and 7 days in transit for a USA destination.

Q - Is it safe to shop here?

A - Yes, our website using a shopping cart developed by an eBay owned company and provides the highest level of security available.
