This is a great way to consume fresh royal jelly, without the slightly bitter taste. The honey in best quality Wisconsin Wildflower honey, and can be used in cool drinks, smoothies or on toast / cereals.

Use in cool drinks, on toasts etc. You can use as a natural sweetener in hot drinks but the live enzyme properties at not preserved when exposed to high heat.
