Our Product Guarantee / Returns Policy

We select only the finest quality ingredients for our products, and work with the strictest quality controls under the eGMP standards and within FDA licensed/regulated facilities.

If you are not satisfied with the quality, or any other aspect of our product, simply return it to us within 180 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund of the product price less shipping and handling charges.

Shipping

USA Orders - When you purchase from us your order will be shipped efficiently by USPS. You may select from USPS Express, Priority or First Class/Parcel mail, anywhere in the US, and you will ALWAYS see shipping options and charges before you enter any financial information to complete your order.

We offer low shipping rates on all continental US orders, and low rates on international orders. Orders ship typically in 1/3 days and take on average 3/4 days in transit, depending on location and the chosen shipping method (we ship from Wisconsin USA)

Overseas orders - each order spends typically 4 - 6 business days in transit but due to customs clearance can often take longer. We've had some orders in rare instances take up to 3 weeks to arrive at their destination.

We ship to virtually all overseas destinations on all Continents, and shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.

We have shipped to: Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Canada, Turkey, and many more international destinations.
